Gentle,Therapeutic Yoga

Fridays: 9:30 - 11:00 am

Karen Rosand was trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Integrative Yoga Therapy. She founded a yoga and retreat coordinating business - A Graceful Plan - shortly thereafter.  Since 2002, Karen has been teaching the staff of The New York Times. She also teaches in numerous locations around Columbia County and currently teaches a weekly class in Catskill and several workshops in Columbia and Dutchess Counties.  She is organizing a yoga retreat on the Amalfi Coast in Italy for summer 2011.
